Das "Schloss Neuschwanstein" hat nun auch seinen Platz an der Wand gefunden. Ich hatte keine Quiltideen, aber nun habe ich den Hintergrund in Freemotion und einige Naehte in der Naht mit der Maschine gequiltet. Plastisch kommt es jetzt sehr gut hervor.
Der Grund warum ich jetzt meine Ufo's hervor hole ist der, ich gebe im April ein Workshop je zweimal 1 1/2 Std in Stained Glass Technik und anschliessend habe ich dann noch eine eigene kleine Quiltshow von ca. 1 Std. Wir, drei Workshop Damen erwarten ca. 70 Quilterinnen und es wird bestimmt wieder toll. Hatten wir im Mai und wiederholen es mit der Greater Moncton Quilt Guild.
I've finished the castle "Neuschwanstein" which is in Bavaria, Germany. I did FMQ around the castle and quilting in the ditch in some parts of the castle. It now pops out very nice but not good to see on the picture. It was flying around a couple of years in the drawer and the reason why I take out all my unfinished projects is that I give a workshop in April in Stained Glass technique and after that I've my own little trunk show for about 1 hour and I'm really excited to do it. We're three "Backyard Quilters" and the workshop is twice 1 1/2 hour. So I've to prepare some good stuff to show.

Der "Loewenkoenig" wurde auch wieder aus der Versenkung geholt und war in drei Tagen fertig. Ich hatte die englische Anleitung nicht verstanden. :-)
The "Lion King" was in a drawer for a long time because I didn't understood the pattern and after I've done my Blue Heron it was not longer a mystery. Done in three days.
